It is a versatile plant, a woody shrub that grows to about two meters tall, covered in small hairs that give it a gray sheen. It is native to India and can also be found in Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, North Africa, and some areas of the Mediterranean. Also known as Indian ginseng.

Dissolve one teaspoon (4 g) once a day in about 200 ml of water in the morning or evening. In the evening, it's also pleasant to drink in warm water for optimal relaxation.
