The formula

Contains vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, and selenium, along with ElderCraft® European black elderberry extract, obtained from Austrian Haschberg variety berries. The extract is obtained using water, without chemical solvents, and contains polyphenols.

How to use

Dissolve one teaspoon (4 g) in approximately 200 ml of water once a day, preferably during breakfast. The jar contains 30 servings. Do not take on an empty stomach.

Dissolve one teaspoon (= 4 g) once a day in approximately 200 mL of water. It is recommended to take it preferably in the morning during breakfast. Use your own teaspoon as a measuring spoon. It is possible to dissolve the product in yogurt or milk and prepare a smoothie. Do not take on an empty stomach. If flatulence occurs, reduce the dose to 1/2 a teaspoon per day.
