✔In the morning, dissolve 1 teaspoon (= 4 g) of Beauty Smoothie and 1/2 teaspoon (= 2 g) of Energy Load in approximately 200 ml of water.

✔In the evening, mix 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) or 1 teaspoon (4 g) of Zen Blend with about 200 ml of water. Use your teaspoon as a measuring cup.

OrYou can dissolve all three products in the morning in 200-400 ml of water, mix with a teaspoon and start your summer.
